Yes, you can merge any affiliate accounts you may have, by accessing the affiliate email account Helix self-service form or by contacting King's IT Service Desk (8888@kcl.ac.uk). Please note you should maintain your student account to access King's systems as a student and maintain a staff or affiliate account, so that you can access King's systems as a member of staff.


If you would like to auto-forward emails from account to another. You can ask King's IT Service Desk (8888@kcl.ac.uk) to arrange for emails from one of your King's accounts to automatically forward to another of your King's accounts.
