If you have submitted a timesheet but have not received payment, please check the following:

  1. Check that you have submitted your timesheet before the payroll deadline which is midnight on Tuesday.
  2. Make sure that your bank details are correct. If you find that your details are not correct, please update them through the payroll menu on your account. https://kingsteachers.kcl.ac.uk/payroll/paymentDetails
  3. If your bank details are incorrect and you have not received your funds. It's likely that the payment has bounced. We will require the bank to return the funds, this could take up to 7-10 working days. Once we receive the funds, we can attempt payment to the correct bank details.

If you have checked these and you submitted your timesheet on time and have entered your bank account details correctly, contact the King's Teachers Help Team and they will be able to investigate further.
